There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at

* Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation
* Submit your complaint regarding the same we will get back to you.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Conditions for return:
1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
5. In case of any Purchase thru promo offer used OR Combo Offer OR Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
6. Parcel Opening Video is Compulsory for any kind of complaint and issues.
Refunds:
We will process the refund (with a Deduction of 2% Transaction Charges ) after receipt of the product by Queenley or its business partner.
1. Refund shall be made in form of CREDITS ONLY, you can buy any product worth the same value using store credits
2. Please make a note that the return and refund policy is NOT applicable on orders that are Custom stitched or Custom made.
Exchange:
1. Exchange is only possible, if a Customer is ready to bear the Pickup and Shipping charges.
2. For Exchange, Please notify us of receipt of a product within maximum 24 hours of delivery>
